Helping women build online businesses which create recurring revenue and financial independence so they are free to make their own choices about how they live their lives.
Confidence is built by taking mini steps. You’ve watched children learn to walk – very few of them stood up and confidently walked. Most (I dare say 99.9%) gained confidence in their ability to leave their knees over a period of time and practice. The same is true for us women who are over 50. It will take a bit of time to gain the confidence to share your wisdom with the world. You CAN do this and I can help with that.
The other side of the equation. Commitment requires that we grow our grit, determination, resilience, and focus – amongst other things. Paulo Coelho said “Whenever you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure you know exactly what you want. No one can hit their target with their eyes closed.”
Sometimes we, as women, struggle to find the confidence to commit to something new – especially as we age. I believe it’s not too late to build a business that shares your wisdom with others. You’ve worked hard to gain your wisdom, and wouldn’t it have been nice to have someone like yourself when you were going through some challenging /mes or when you learned something important about yourself or you became a better version of yourself? It’s our opportunity to light other women so they too can be successful, to live with self-integrity, and perhaps re-brand ourselves for this next phase of our lives.
We have more to live and to give!
Know it! Believe it! We can do it together!

Soon to be certified in Brene Brown’s work: Dare to Lead
My experience in helping senior leadership teams determine their strategy and build strong relationships in their teams was a great role. Until, more and more I noticed that I, as the consultant, was the only female in the room. Over and over again this played out in sessions I facilitated around the world. I filed this in the back of my brain thinking, one day I ought to do something about that.
And, it’s important to note, I am not “anti-men”. I loved working with them. I felt it important to mention this even as I pivot to focus on serving women.I hear, see, read, and feel women want to share their wisdom with others. We, as women, are relevant, DO have something to say, and now, want to ensure others benefit from the wisdom we gained.
Confidence2Commit is that place. As I facilitate you in one of our programs or coach you because you seek a more tailored one-to-one approach, I promise to ask you hard questions, to ask you think strategically, to use the confidence tools you learn, and commit to building and living the life you seek.
It truly is our time.
