Meet Yvonne 

After a lengthy global consulting career in developing and executing strategy, team building, and facilitating executive teams I’ve shifted to supporting women aged 50+. I believe this is the time in our lives when we can bravely step into a new phase and grow a fulfilling online business. I lead with authenticity and empathy – these are both strengths and weaknesses. I won’t tell you something is ‘great’ or ‘awesome’ or ‘wonderful’ if it needs more clarity or hasn’t quite hit the target.

I’m making a pivot from the corporate world to growing an online business, Confidence2Commit, because so many women find themselves transitioning from a career, relationship or family responsibili/es into a different phase of their lives. My belief is that each woman can become an independent business person who feels and believes they continue to be relevant, confident, and a strong contributor to the world.

My superpower is the ability to facilitate programs, coach others, and ask ques/ons to provoke growth or insight so others can reach their own biggest audacious goals.
